Ross Dress for Less: Holiday Shopping Destination

Have you been to Ross Dress for Less lately?  If you haven't, hurry in today!  The store is stocked to the brim with mega deals on gifts you'll need for the holidays!  Ross is a wonderful local option for picking up toys, consumables, clothing and other gifts.  When Ross invited us to tour the store and gave us gift cards to shop, we were thrilled with the opportunity and can't wait to tell you about our experience.  Please take a moment to read our posting, then enter our giveaway below.  One lucky family will win a $25 gift card to shop at Ross Dress for Less.  Thank you Ross, for this fun opportunity!
Ross is a great destination for holiday food gifts!
Ross is a wonderful place to visit when shopping for your friends and family; it's an especially great store this time of year when shopping for consumable food gifts.  We spotted dozens of special displays with wonderful pre-wrapped goodie baskets, coffee bundles, and loads of special edition chocolates.  Most of the displays had prominent and popular company labels from well-known, well-loved brands.  The photo above was taken at the Ross located in Bellevue.  We found the displays pleasing to the eye, at the right height and very organized and clean.  We immediately found gifts for grandparents, hostess gifts and sweet stocking stuffers!  We appreciate that everything was discounted by 20-60%, a significant savings during this time of year.  It really helped us stretch our dollars!  And while we're speaking on the topic of food, we also encourage you to visit the store's regular consumables section, this is a great resource for rare and savory items.  For example, we found unique olive oil blends, special salts and savory spice blends.  For the chef in the family, this is a great place to grab stocking items!
Special holiday toy display at Ross
From there we moved on to our favorite section - TOYS!  We immediately gravitated to the children's holiday displays and jam packed toy shelves.  We each have two children, and we found something for each of them!  We spotted some adorable tea sets, character puzzles, books and nail polish sets.  We found craft kits, games, lots of vehicles and building sets for boys as well as a large selection of babies and dolls for girls. And the toys were available at all price points, making it easy to find a gift for anyone on your list. We found the toy department to be extra packed with great stuff at this time of year, so we appreciated how organized it was, with a section for books, small toys, baby toys, games and more. Ross also tries to divide their toys by gender, which makes it easier to quickly grab what you're looking for. It was very hard to narrow down our choices, we literally could have bought two carts full of quality toys!  We left with a great impression of the Ross toy department, and can't stress enough what a great local option this is for last-minute gifts and such.  You simply cannot beat the prices, as many things were significantly discounted and a true bargain - some items were better than many of the online deals we've shared over the last month!
One more fabulous place to stop by for bargains was the mens department. There were tables and racks of great items for the guys in your life. Really good brand name socks and underwear, as well as gifty gadgets - ready for gift giving. Men are always so tough to buy for and this made it much easier with a wide selection of electronics accessories like phone cases and headphones. You'll also find cozy items like slippers, robes and lounge pants. These all make awesome gifts (at an excellent price)! Ross is seriously one-stop shopping!
Would you like to check out all the deals for yourself with a $25 gift card? Ross is giving away one $25 gift card to a lucky Seattle Moms Deal Finder reader! Leave us a comment stating what you'd spend the gift card on.  You can earn a second entry by "Liking" Ross on Facebook (leave us a separate comment stating you did this).  We will select one winner randomly on January 1st, 2014.

Ross is a great place to buy t-shirts, so I'd probably prepare for the season change by buying a few there.

One of the only places to shop in Sequim for us. I'd use the gift card on a new pair of gym shoes for when I get back to work.
